The mission of Allen Ministry Resources was born back in 2002 after the tragedy of September 11, 2001. Don Allen, President of the board for AMR, answered the call to minister to the families of the victims of 9/11. After his time of service concluded, he had all of these resources he had written but nowhere to utilize them. This was the birth of our predecessor, Through Him Ministries.

Over the years, Don Allen has served faithfully in ministries that have allowed him to continue writing content and teaching courses that are relevant and practical for other ministry leaders. Over time, Through Him Ministries gave way to Grace Church of the Valley School of Ministry and Don Allen Jr. Ministries, but the heart of the mission remained the same, provided free resources to ministry leaders around the world.

As Don (or as I refer to him, Dad) was continuing to develop his list of resources, I was unaware that I was doing the same thing. I became a CPR & First Aid Instructor in 2014 and started Allen Continuity Solutions in 2019 after closing the church I served as pastor.

Dad and I realized that we shared the passion and purpose of equipping Kingdom Workers with resources to expand their ministry and bring them closer to Jesus. This merge of ideas has led to the formation of Allen Ministry Resources. We are beyond excited to be able to offer resources to ministers all over the world in the hope that God will be glorified and His kingdom will be expanded.
